(from now on, MINTRARED), with C.I.F. B98477946, is the holder of the activity deployed through the Web site www.ecclesiared.es, with social address to these effects in C/ Jaime Balmes, 27-4 46930 – Valencia (Spain). MINTRARED, S.L. is a company registered in the Mercantile Registry of Valencia, in Volume 9534, Book 6816, Folio 197 and Page V-150712.

1.2 Acceptance and validity of the General and Particular Conditions.
The navigation as well as the use of any of the services offered in this Web page attributes to you the condition of User and supposes your full acceptance and without reserves of all and each one of the General Conditions and, in its case, Particular in force at the moment in which you accede to the Web page www.ecclesiared.es (in ahead, “the Web page” or simply “the Web”).
MINTRARED will be able, at any moment and without previous warning, to modify the present General and Particular Conditions by means of the publication of these modifications in the Web page so that they can be known by the Users with previous character to the procedure of contracting of the products offered in the Web page. MINTRARED reserves the right to modify unilaterally, at any time and without previous warning, the presentation, configuration and contents of the Web page, as well as the conditions required to use the Web page.
Also, MINTRARED reserves the right to suspend or terminate, at any time and without previous warning, all or part of the services offered in the Web site.
2.1 General obligations of the User.
In general, the User is obliged to comply with these General Conditions, as well as, where appropriate, warnings or specific instructions, and always act in accordance with the law, public order, morality, generally accepted good customs and the requirements of good faith and public order, using the suitable diligence to the nature of the service of which it enjoys, abstaining from using the Web page of any form that can impede, damage or deteriorate the normal operation of the same one, the goods or rights of MINTRARED, its suppliers, the rest of Users or, in general, of any third party.
In an enunciative and not limiting way, the User is obliged in the use of the Web page to : (I) not to enter, store or disseminate on or from the Web page, any information or material that is defamatory, libelous, obscene, threatening, xenophobic, incites violence or discrimination based on race, sex, ideology, religion or that in any way violates morality, public order, fundamental rights, public freedoms, honor, privacy or the image of third parties and in general the current regulations; (II) not to introduce, store or spread through the Web page any computer program, data, virus, code, hardware or telecommunications equipment or any other instrument or electronic or physical device that is susceptible to cause damages in the Web page, in any of the services offered in the Web page, or in any of the equipment, systems or networks of MINTRARED, of any User, of the suppliers of MINTRARED or in general of any third party, or that in any other way is able to cause them any type of alteration or to prevent the normal operation of the same ones; (III) in the case of registering, the User is obliged to provide truthful and updated data; (IV) to guard adequately the login and the password that is facilitated by MINTRARED to the Users, as identifying and enabling elements for the access to the services offered in the Web page, committing itself not to yield its use neither to allow the access to them of third parties, assuming the responsibility for the damages and damages that could be derived from an undue use of them. 2.2 Exoneration of responsibility.
As for the information and contents included in the Web page or to which it could be had access as a result of the links established in the same one, MINTRARED does not guarantee, in any way, neither the access in a determined moment to such information and contents, nor its accuracy, nor its actuality or update, nor its suitability or utility for the purposes of the User, not being responsible for the damages and prejudices of any nature that could be due to the transmission, diffusion, storage, availability, reception, obtaining or access to the contents included in the Web page or those to which one has access as a result of the links established in the same one.
MINTRARED is exempted of any responsibility by the undue or not authorized use of the login and the password that, in its case, will be assigned and by the lack of diligence of the User in the conservation of the secret of the same ones. Likewise, MINTRARED is exempt of any responsibility for the damages and prejudices of any nature that can be due, with merely enunciative and not limiting character, to (I) the presence of virus or other harmful elements in the Web page, or Web pages to which can be had access through the links established in that one that can produce alterations in the computer system, electronic documents or files of the Users; (II) interferences, omissions, interruptions, breakdowns and/or disconnections in the operative operation of this electronic system or in the apparatuses and computer equipments of the Users, motivated by causes alien to MINTRARED, that prevent or delay the benefit of the services or the navigation by the System; (III) delays or blockages in the use caused by deficiencies or overloads of Internet or in other electronic systems, that can be caused by third persons by means of illegitimate intromissions outside the control of the Web page and that are not attributable to MINTRARED; (IV) the divergences of the information, documentation and/or other content of the Web page that could exist between the electronic version and the printed version; (V) the impossibility to give the service or to allow the access for causes not imputable to MINTRARED, due to the User, to third parties, or to cases of force majeure.
2.3 Use of hyperlinks.
The Internet user who wants to introduce links from their own Webs to the Web Page must comply with the conditions that are detailed below without the ignorance of them avoiding the responsibilities derived from the Law. The link will only link to the home page or main page of the Web Page but may not reproduce it in any way (inline links, copy of texts, graphics, etc).
It shall be prohibited in any case, in accordance with the applicable legislation in force at any time, to establish frames of any kind that surround the Web page or allow the visualization of the contents through Internet addresses other than those of the Web page and, in any case, when they are displayed together with contents outside the Web page in such a way that: (I) produces, or can produce, error, confusion or deceit in the users about the true origin of the service or Contents; (II) supposes an act of unfair comparison or imitation; (III) serves to take advantage of the reputation of the brand and prestige of MINTRARED; or (IV) in any other way is prohibited by the legislation in force. The page that introduces the link will not make any type of false, inexact or incorrect manifestation about MINTRARED, its direction, employees, clients or about the quality of the services that it provides.
In no case, it will be expressed in the page where the link is located that MINTRARED has given its consent for the insertion of the link or that in any other way it sponsors, collaborates, verifies or supervises the services of the sender. It is prohibited the use of any denominative, graphic or mixed mark or any other distinctive sign of MINTRARED inside the page of the sender except in the cases allowed by the law or expressly authorized by MINTRARED and whenever it is allowed, in these cases, a direct link with the Web page in the form established in this clause. The page that establishes the link will have to comply faithfully with the law and will not be able in any case to have or link with own contents or of third parties that: (I) are illicit, harmful or contrary to the moral and good customs (pornographic, violent, racist, etc); (II) induce or can induce in the User the false conception that MINTRARED subscribes, endorses, adheres or in any way supports, the ideas, manifestations or expressions, licit or illicit, of the sender; (III) result inappropriate or not pertinent with the activity of MINTRARED in attention to the place, contents and thematic of the Web page of the sender. Likewise, the User will abstain from including in the Web page any hyperlink (hereinafter, “link”) directed to a Web page that contains illicit information or contents, contrary to the morality and generally accepted good customs, and to the public order.
2.4 Protection of Personal Data.
The User undertakes to provide truthful and updated personal data, in order to be able to contact MINTRARED, S.LU. The personal data transmitted will be treated by MINTRARED, S.L. whose purpose is to manage the requests, suggestions, complaints or claims that can be formulated. In any case, the data may be processed for the realization, by any postal or electronic means, promotional and advertising activities of our range of products or services, which may be of interest to expand and improve, adapting our offerings to your preferences or needs. The legal basis for the lawfulness or legitimacy of the processing of data lies in the consent expressed by completing and sending the data through the form provided for this purpose.
The data will be kept for the time required for the requested service and as long as no opposition to the treatment has been expressed. The data will not be transferred or communicated to third parties, except in the cases provided for by law. In accordance with European and Spanish legislation on the protection of personal data, you may exercise your rights of access, rectification, portability, deletion, limitation or, where appropriate, opposition. 2.5 Intellectual and Industrial Property.
The content of the Web page (hereinafter, “the content”) that includes, by way of example and not exclusively, texts, photographs, graphics, images, icons, software, links and other audiovisual content, as well as its graphic design and source codes are intellectual property of MINTRARED, S.L. or third parties that have granted its use to MINTRARED, S.L., or of third parties that have yielded their use to MINTRARED, S.L. Also, all the marks, commercial names, or distinctive signs of any class that appear in the Web page are property of MINTRARED or of third parties that, in their case, have authorized MINTRARED, S.L. their inclusion and use in the Web page.
All the rights of industrial and intellectual property on this Web page are legally reserved and the access to the same one or its use, on the part of the User, should not be considered, in any form, as the concession of any license of use or right on any asset whose ownership or property corresponds to MINTRARED or to third parties. 2.6 Applicable Legislation and Competent Jurisdiction.
Any dispute relating to this Web site shall be governed by Spanish law, the parties expressly waiving the jurisdiction that corresponds to them, and submitting to the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Valencia (Spain).
