Ecclesiared’s Technical Support team has announced today an important adjustment that will help thousands of parishes around the world to improve the administrative management of their parish records.
In an attempt to simplify processes and save time for parish users who work with the renowned software, the Ecclesiared technical team has managed to automate and link the information of the registers we enter in the “Catechesis and Youth” tab with the parish “Communion” book and also with the parish “Confirmations” book.
In this way, from now on, users will not have to enter a child’s record twice (first in the database tab and then in the book itself) because from now on users will find in the records added in “Catechesis and Youth” an icon in the form of an arrow that will allow all this data to be dumped into the parish book that we select.
This icon in the form of a date will have two variants, an orange one that will be used to upload this information to the Book of Confirmations, and another red arrow that will do the same, but in this case uploading this information to the Book of Communions.
As Adrián Rodríguez, CTO of Ecclesiared, acknowledged, “this improvement will save time in loading data and the truth is that we are very happy as we have not stopped receiving messages of thanks from many parishes for this adjustment”.
